Stop & Shop+ Parking is Live in Acton
Stop & Shop+ in Acton What you need to know.
Ealing Council’s Stop & Shop+ is now in effect across the borough of Acton.
This will effect short-stay parking spaces, requiring customers to register for their 30 minutes of FREE parking.
Failure to register unless exempt will result in a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
How do I register and pay?
Customers are required to register their parking session through one of the following:
BY PHONE – PayBYPhone phone number on the sign next to your parking bay
THROUGH THE APP – Download the PayByPhone mobile app
AT A LOCAL PAYPOINT– Counter service available
What if i have a Blue Badge?
You do not need to register but you must display your valid Blue Badge and time card correctly. Your parking is free of charge. For time limits and local restrictions, check the parking bay sign or council website.
What if I have a Motorcycle?
If you are parking your motorcycle in a PayByPhone bay, you will still need to register your session.
You can do this through the PayByPhone app or visit the website paybyphone.co.uk
It is FREE to park your Motorcycle in many designated motorcycle bays and residents bays.
What if I have a Visitor, Resident or Business Parking Permit?
If you are parking your vehicle in a PayByPhone bay, you will still need to register your session and select your valid permit.
