Free Exercise Courses – ‘Movement on the Mount’

We’re offering FREE weekly classes in partnership with Ealing Fit Club at St Mary’s Church Hall.
Our goal is simple: to build confidence, break down barriers, and make fitness fun for everyone, regardless of income, background, or ability.

Free Courses
-Every Woman – A holistic Core and Restore course for all women. When: Monday mornings from 10/11 – 16/12
-Seniors Fit Club – A Low impact strength and mobility classes for women aged 50+. When: Tuesday mornings from 4/11 to 09/12
