 focus on guided journalling alongside vision board creation\, this expe
 rience will support you in gaining clarity\, reconnecting with what matter
 s most\, and expressing your vision for 2026 with confidence and intention
 .\n​The session will include inspiring teaching from Sonia and Natasha\
 , gentle prompts for personal reflection\, meaningful group conversation\,
  and a guided creative process. You’ll be supported to explore your inne
 r world through journaling\, then translate those insights into words\, i
 mages\, and visuals that bring your vision to life.\n​All materials will
  be provided. You’ll have time to journal\, reflect\, and create\, usin
 g magazines and creative resources to design a vision board that feels ali
