Chef de Partie

On the hunt for a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at Fed & Watered to work alongside top Chefs from James Cochrane Great British Menu winner, The Savoy and Jason Athertons Social Eating House to name a few. 

Set in the heart of Churchfield Road, West London, Fed & Watered is a stand out vibrant restaurant inspired by a twist of classic and modern British dishes.

Ideal candidates will have experience in either a 5* environment, Rosette or Michelin star.

Essential Experience 

  • Experience at Chef de Partie level or at least 2/3 years experience 
  • Experience in the luxury 5* sector or Michelin star / Rosettes.
  • Currently or have experience of working in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Passion to always be learning a new craft, creating new ideas and bringing a fresh twist with food
  • Deliver high standards consistently.
  • High standards of health and hygiene.
  • Passion for and understanding of the fine dining experience and what it takes to deliver it.
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality and ability to build trusting relationships with others.
  • Proven organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines with quality results.
  • Hands-on approach and be able to organise and prioritise to ensure quality and service.
