Join us at Your Acton's Makers Market!

Acton Makers Market is back on Saturday 14th September with 40 exciting traders selling high-quality homemade and artisan products. The market runs from 10:00am to 4:30pm on Churchfield Road W3 and is organised by Your Acton BID, a not-for-profit company funded and run by Acton’s local businesses, in collaboration with Design LED.

It’s the second of three curated markets for 2024 to support local, independent, and sustainable businesses.

It’s an opportunity for locals and BID businesses to get together and bring the true community spirit to Acton. The last market day in July was such a great day out for everyone and we’ve been working round the clock to make the next two even better.

Click the button below for details on how to get involved and support local. Promote your business via our website by uploading a video or photo! You can also contact Natasha for more information.

Note: part of Churchfield Road will be closed to vehicles from Alfred Rd and Burlington Gardens.

The Acton Summer Mystery Shopper Project: A Key to Customer Retention

Great customer service helps retain customers. We are keen to help businesses ensure they make the most of every customer interaction. In November 2023, insight6, one of the country leading Customer Experience (CX) organisations, mystery-shopped 40 Acton businesses. A mystery shop is where a researcher behaves exactly like a customer and visits your business. They then provide a full report on their Customer Experience.

With the success of last year's Customer Experience awards, Your Acton BID has teamed up with Insight 6 once again. This year we are extending the service to also include retail and industrial businesses. We have space for an additional 10 businesses to join this beneficial program. Starting in September, the Mystery Shopper program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into your business.

If you are interested in the mystery shopping initiative and would like more information, please email Natasha.

If you are interested in taking part, register your business below for Retail or Industrial.
