You’re sure to spot our Walkers ranger around town in the BID branded buggy. They will be on duty 5 days a week, providing a street cleaning service for BID business, including collecting open waste and jet washing.

BID businesses will also be able to request jet wash and other buggy services by emailing us.

Huge thank you to the Fushi team for volunteering with us on Thursday for our annual clean-up!

Many hands made light work, filling the 3 provided skips around the industrial estate. After litter picking, weeding, hedge trimming and clearing rubbish, the area is looking cleaner, brighter and more inviting for businesses and their visitors.

Thank you to Greener Ealing for providing the cleaning equipment and to Cultivate London for maintaining the flower beds and planting over 1000 bulbs ready for Spring.

We’re thrilled to announce that three Acton businesses have been shortlisted for the WLCC Unsung Heroes Award. The awards acknowledge those who place the local community at the heart for their businesses, going above and beyond to forge long lasting collaborations. The business awards will be held on 21^st November at Novotel London West.

Your donations will be used to train unemployed individuals in Acton in a FREE repair workshop, where they can learn new repair skills, helping them get back into work.

The workshop is being run by Action West London & West London Waste Authority. The revived items will then be donated to those in the community who need them most, via local charities.

A new forum focused on green growth and reducing carbon impact in West London has been established by Ealing Council. Several topics are to be addressed including repurposing existing sites, investment opportunities and available funding.
