Commercial heels with @shaunafoxhall will take place every two weeks starting from Wednesday 4th February ✨
This fortnightly heels class is a 1 hour 30 minute confidence-boosting, feel-good experience designed to make you feel powerful, sexy, and strong. We’ll start with a heels-off warm-up to wake up the body, then dive into walks, technique, and fierce choreography that builds confidence from the ground up. Expect sweat, style and serious main-character energy.
Whether you’re new to heels or have strutted like this before, this class is about expression, empowerment, and having FUN!!
No pressure, just vibes. You’ll leave feeling fab, lifted up, and walking taller than when you arrived.
