Full job description
- Working knowledge with Sage 50 Accounts
- Should have a qualification in Accounts and relative experience.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
- Should posses great communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, implement, efficient process.
- Processing purchase/ expenses invoices and payments in sage.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliations of client accounts payable ledgers, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Liaising with clients, supplier and other contract.
- Dealing with any supplier queries via telephone and email.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll Journals and reconciliation
- Sales and collection reconciliation
- Other balance sheet control account reconciliation
- Assisting with month end processes including journals.
- Day to day accounts processing
- Checking and reconciling supplier statements.
- Creating and maintaining accounts spread sheet
- Creating statements and reports as requested
- Managing and filing in-house and client documentation
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
- Taking care of administrative tasks such as correspondence, filling and printing
- Preparing and entering journals into the system.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, W3 6QX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
