Full job description

  • Working knowledge with Sage 50 Accounts
  • Should have a qualification in Accounts and relative experience.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
  • Should posses great communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, implement, efficient process.
  • Processing purchase/ expenses invoices and payments in sage.
  • Responsible for monthly reconciliations of client accounts payable ledgers, ensuring timely and accurate data.
  • Liaising with clients, supplier and other contract.
  • Dealing with any supplier queries via telephone and email.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll Journals and reconciliation
  • Sales and collection reconciliation
  • Other balance sheet control account reconciliation
  • Assisting with month end processes including journals.
  • Day to day accounts processing
  • Checking and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Creating and maintaining accounts spread sheet
  • Creating statements and reports as requested
  • Managing and filing in-house and client documentation
  • Supporting the preparation of management accounts
  • Taking care of administrative tasks such as correspondence, filling and printing
  • Preparing and entering journals into the system.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, W3 6QX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
  • bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
