Congrats to our new Acton First Aiders and Fire Marshalls!

This month’s First Aid and Fire Safety training was a deep dive into potential workplace hazards and emergency procedures. Trainees were then given the opportunity to put their newfound knowledge to the test by role playing situations, practicing CPR, using an AED device, and setting off fire extinguishers (everyone’s favourite!)

This practical training gives participants the experience required to quickly identify hazards and critical warning signs, enabling them to make a life-saving decisions when responding to an emergency.
