Showcase Your Business: Ealing Expo 2026
The Ealing Expo 2026 takes place on Thursday 8th October 2026, from 12:30pm to 4:30pm, with an anticipated turnout of over 600 local residents.
Stalls are 100% free of charge, to support high street businesses.
As part of this community event, Ealing Council are hosting a dedicated Marketplace, offering local businesses a free platform to:
- Showcase products and services
- Sell directly to local residents
- Boost brand awareness within the community
- Network with fellow local businesses and organisations
Stallholder Requirements– To secure a pitch, participating businesses must provide:
- Valid Public Liability Insurance (for the event date)
- A Risk Assessment covering equipment, displays, or activities
- A Food Hygiene Certificate (if selling food)
- A brief list of the products/services you plan to display or sell
How to Register Your Interest
Pitch spaces are limited and allocated on a rolling basis, so early registration is strongly recommended.
