Beauty Salon Licence expires March 31st

Anyone who carries out massage or special treatments in Ealing must be licensed by the council. All licences run for a maximum of 12 months and expire on 31 March, 2023. All businesses that presently have a licence must renew it every year before April 1st.

If you exceed the deadline, you must pay additional fees. Carrying out these activities without an appropriate licence is an offence.

Those businesses include:

  • Massage treatments including aromatherapy and reflexology
  • Manicure, pedicure, facials and nail extensions
  • Acupuncture and chiropody
  • Tattooing and body piercing
  • Vapour, sauna or other baths.
  • Etc.
