Business Waste Service mailbox

The business Waste Service will no longer accept pre-paid orders for general waste sacks, cardboard recycling labels and mixed recycling sacks to their mailbox (businesswaste@ealing.gov.uk). Business will now need to log in to the My Account portal to place their orders. All business waste missed collection will also need to be reported via the portal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

With effect from Monday 28 November 2022, the Business Waste Service will not accept any pre-paid orders for general waste sacks, cardboard recycling labels and mixed recycling sacks received into this mailbox.

Orders received into this mailbox up to and including 27 November 2022 will be processed as normal.

PREPAID ORDERS

From Monday 28 November 2022 all Business Waste customers must place orders for the following items through their “MyAccount”

  • General Waste Sacks
  • Mixed Recycling Sacks
  • Cardboard Recycling Labels

Registering for a “My Account” is simple to do and the process will take no more than 5 minutes. To register please visit www.ealing.gov.uk and choose the option Create Account.

MISSED COLLECTIONS

All business waste missed collections must be reported via the customer portal.  Please use this link to report a missed collection:  Report a missed bin collection | Report a missed bin collection | Ealing CouncilOr you can call 020 8825 6000 to report a missed collection.

Please ensure that you report any missed collection after 5pm on the day of collection and by no later than 1pm the day after collection day.

  • Invoice or payment enquiries
