Step up to the challenge by registering your BID business for a mystery shop! It’s a fantastic way to highlight your team’s dedication and see if your business has what it takes to claim a 2026 trophy.
This year, we’re levelling up the celebrations with 2 additional categories: the ‘Above and Beyond’ Award and the ‘Rising Star’ Award. The best part? These are nominated and voted for entirely by you!
