Acton BID Customer Service Awards Evening 2026

The evening brought our business community together to recognise every local business that took part in this year’s mystery shopping program, highlighting the outstanding standard of service across Acton.

Special congratulations go to the first winners of our Rising Star Award – Cristian Algarin and Above & Beyond Award – Johnny Ng, both of which were voted for directly by the public to honour those who truly make a difference to our community.

A huge thank you and congratulations to all our BID businesses for making it such a memorable night, and to our guest speaker Tony Mulvahil from Planning for the Best, our hosts ActOne Cinema and our caterers The Tollhouse.
